How does the material provide insulation from the cold?
We carry out 2 types of thermal testing: fleece material and thermal mannequin in a thermal chamber.
These tests reproduce the mountain conditions (wind, humidity, temperature) that you might encounter. They allow us to validate our design and adjust the thermal insulation.
HOW IS WARMTH MEASURED?
2 types of tests are carried out to measure the warmth level of our fleeces:
- a material test
- a test on a thermal dummy in a thermal chamber. Here, we reproduce the temperature, wind (5 km/h) and humidity conditions you encounter in the mountains during a 5 km/h walk
These tests are used to validate our design choices, and everything is then validated by field testers.

For a breathable fleece sweatshirt?
When hiking or during other outdoor activities, it’s perfectly normal to perspire. To prevent your pullover turning into a sauna, we’ve designed it using a breathable fabric that wicks away moisture from the body. We’ve also added a zip collar for better ventilation.
Handy pockets
Its large kangaroo pocket allows you to slide in your hands if you’re looking for a bit of warmth. It will also hold gloves or a hat. To store your phone in complete safety, a zipped pocket has also been designed on the front.

This fleece is available in a range of sizes, from S to 2 XL.
How do you care for this fleece sweatshirt?
Wash your fleece jacket at 30°C on synthetic cycle, turn it inside out and close the pockets. Limit the spin cycle to 1,000 rpms to protect it. To maintain the quality of the fabric, avoid tumble drying.
