Hyper pratique pour bras Ét jambe
Les possibilité son vaste pour se qui veule pas s'embêter avec des haltères ou on pas le temps d'aller à la salle de sport ( surtout si vous êtes en déplacement ).
La qualité du matériel est plutôt très bonne faudra juste prévoir de meilleur poigner.
L' ensemble peu substituer plusieurs machine qui se trouve a la salle de sport ( pour les niveaux débutent et moyen ) mes arriver à un certain niveau sa suffira pas vos mieux aller a la salle.
Les points négatif sont...
1- Il manque l' information pour savoir à quel couleur correspond la puissance de traction ou LBS de chaque élastique.
2-Manque un poster ou feuille avec une 20 ene d exemple minimum sur l utilisation et quel muscle l'exercice fera travailler, même si internet et les vidéos existe quand tes en pleine exercice se serais pratique une feuille que l ont peu accrocher au mur sans sortir son portable ou donner nous la possibilité de pouvoir l imprimer.
Ideales para viajar, ocupan poco y resuelven perfectamente un buen entrenamiento
