How to choose hand grips tips

Measure the palm of your hand, from the heel to the tip of your middle finger.If it is shorter than 10.5 cm, opt for size 1.If it is longer than 10.5 cm, opt for size 2.If it measures exactly 10.5 cm, we recommend choosing size 1.

Recommendations for use

Ideally use with chalk for a better grip on the bar.

Feel the difference. Cheap and effective!

After doing CrossFit training for a couple months my callouses got so bad I couldn’t even hold on to the bar, these grips were a game changer and allowed me to workout pain free and just get on with my workout and for only £5. I highly recommend. Also a little tip if using on the pull-up bar, I recommend not putting your fingers through the holes and just leaving them rest on the palm of your hand and grip the bar, this will give you a little extra grip as well and save a little extra energy.

Great value straps

I tend to go through straps/palm guards quick quickly. Having tried many expensive guards with varying results I am pleased say that these manage to combine comfort and durability with an incredible price.
