Very good for walks in winter when too chilly outside

I am thrilled with my new twist stepper! It arrived on time and required very minimal assembly before I could used it. (The back feet and the resistance bands just needed clipping on). The timer / counter works perfectly and is very useful! At first it was hard to move, but it warmed up and loosened after a few steps. I can really feel all of my muscles working, especially my thighs and upper arms! I would definitely recommend this product!

The product itself may actually be quite good if Decathlon had sent me one that worked. The box arrived and the tape was already broken across the box. The instructions were out of the bag and the bag torn open. The feet were also out of their bag, with the torn open bag discarded in the box. The display would not switch on, a change of battery did not solve it. This product had clearly already been returned by someone else and sent back out without being fixed! Don’t even attempt to contact customer services. No phone number even available on the website. After ringing a store they supplied a phone number, but getting through to anyone is a different matter. After ten minutes on hold you just get cut off, this happened several times! I’m not sure customer service exists. Very frustrating.
