What are the benefits of the twister mini stepper?
You can lose weight, work the cardiovascular system and also firm the lower body (glute, thighs, calves etc.) and the upper body with the resistance bands (arms, shoulders etc.). Compact, practical for keeping in shape at home!
Working out: how and how long for?
Domyos mini steppers are designed for occasional use (25 to 30 minutes, 2 or 3 times a week). Each session should begin with a 3 to 5 minute warm up (longer if you are a beginner). If you start your workout session too quickly, you may increase the risk of injury and lose your energy. Finally, at the end of each session, take the time for a recovery phase and don't forget to stretch.
For better results...
You can also work on your waist and abdominals by turning your hips each time you step on to the stepper.

Bought one today and find it sturdy, good resistance bands and easy to set up
I bought one for my Mom, and she finds it great, we like the color pretty much. However, my weight doen't allow me to start excersizing as fast as I want. I had to apply some leads which I usually use for diving and excersize with my bunnies, each of them weights 3.4 kilos, so now I'm ok. Great stepper, though! P.S. I even published a doodle showing my attempts of using the stepper.
Bought this from the decathlon store in Oxford. Didn't realise that the product didn't have setting to lower or increase the resistance in the stepper so it always stays the same. I thought this setting was a must for a stepper as it allows you to increase the intensity of your work out as you get more fit. You're not gonna get the most out of this so wouldn't bother buying it.
