C est la 3 ème carte que je remplace sur ce tapis ce qui me fait penser que Domyos n est pas un produit de qualité, je ne le recommanderai a personne et je ne prendrai plus cette marque.

Je vous rassure, nos produits n'ont aucun problème qualité.
Si vous ne savez pas réparer votre produit, vous pouvez le déposer dans un magasin DECATHLON pour qu'il soit diagnostiqué par un technicien DOMYOS. Le diag est gratuit et sans engagement.
En effet, le problème de votre produit est peut être ailleurs (filtres... etc), il est rare de devoir changer une carte de contrôle sur un tapis.
