How to adjust your flask holder trail running hydration belt
So that it fits your body shape better, the flask holder belt is available in two sizes: XS/S/M and L/XL/XXL. In order to get your belt on and adjust it, there are 2 Velcro straps on the sides: This allows you to adjust your belt while running in a single step. Finally, your belt is worn on the hips, i.e. \"low on the waist\"! This prevents it from swaying when running.

Solid running belt
Not quite what I expected, velcro fastening is very fidgety. I bought to carry a water bottle and other bits for my dog so it's okay for that but wouldn't recommend for jogging or running.
Comfortable running belt, it doesnt move around the waist and it holds de water bottle tight as well and is easy to get i out and put it back. Does not feel heavy when running
