Great stepper. Provides a good workout. Easy to use, can see how many steps you doing. The resistance bands are a good asset, toning the upper half too. Order arrived very quick. Excellent quality and service
I bought this because I'm staying indoors a lot with lockdown and working from home, and wanted to compensate for the lack of walking. I find it incredibly hard to pedal at a rate that would kick-start my cardio or get to a comfortable pace (my weight is 45kg). My partner, who is 65kg, has less of a problem but it is nonetheless a little bit heavier than I had anticipated. So not great if you're petite/slight.
This is a great piece of equipment, compact and sturdy. Ordering and delivery easy and efficient.
Great little stepper. You cant change the tension but its still great and you get a good workout.
the stepper is very nice but it came to me slightly damaged (broken plastic part)
Order turned up with a few days with is great being to do a exercise in-doors, builds up a good sweat plus the elastic bands are nice feature. However starting getting "clicking" noises after first use in both peddles and the machine can get very hot after use. Tried contacting the after-sales service number to resolve issue but it goes straight to voicemail and support site doesn't have the product listed
This model of twist stepper, is a great way to burn calories, tone muscles, and get fit. The lateral stepper pedals with a twisting function, give an excellent all over workout for the lower and upper body. The elastic attachments are also a great addition for upper body workouts. The best stepper I've ever used, with the twist function that gives a far better workout than the up/down stepper models.
Hola, no entiendo como funciona. Los controles no van, me pongo a hacer ejercicio y no cuenta ni cambia nada en la pantalla, dice stop constante, no se que hacer he probado de todo. Tengo miedo de abrir la consola a ver si lo parto :( alguna sugerencia ?
The instructions are very limited. I can’t see how to adjust the resistance of the foot plates or get the screen to work. Tried contacting Decathlon customer service and they didn’t know either.
Thanks a lot to give us your opinion on Stepper MS500. Unfortunately on this stepper you cannot adjust the resistance. We are working to have this option in the next generation of steppers.

What are the benefits of the ms500 stepper?
Slim your figure at home by pairing strength work with cardio. The MS500 stepper uses your abs and lower body muscles (glutes, thighs, calves, etc.) for a thorough all-round workout. The twisting motion gets right into your deep core muscles. Use the elastic bands to strengthen your upper body muscles as well.
How to use your mini stepper
With the MS500 stepper, you use all of your muscular and cardiovascular systems at the same time. The more workouts you do, the better your breathing and coordination will be. Kick off your workout with a 3- to 5-minute warm-up. Next, spend around 20 to 30 minutes working your muscles. After this, cool down gradually and then do a few stretches to increase your muscle flexibility and avoid injury.
Go even further by adding difficulty...
If you want to give your core and abs an even more thorough workout, you can twist your hips with each step. This requires extra effort but will give you a more all-round workout.
Use the counter and the 4 trackers!
You can track the progress of your session and your performances by looking at how many reps you've done, how long it is since you started, the pace you're going at, and how many calories you've burned since the start of your workout. You can then analyse these indicators to see how much you improve from one session to the next!
