I purchased this table a little less than a year ago and it is stable, very easy setup to play and then fold up again. We thoroughly enjoyed it. However, unfortunately the plastic safety system has broken and despite emails to various centres, I have yet to find how I can replace it. There is a site that I get to which shows me the part and says click here to purchase, but that merely results in an error. Very disappointed as with good weather coming it would have been nice to use. It was excellent for the time we were able to use it and the damage was accidental and not a fault of the product, but you would hope that you could get parts for a product like this.

Really well built and sturdy, which is great. It's very heavy, almost 60kg, but the big wheels and the light metal frame makes it very easy to move around. I think because it's so heavy and well made the ball bounces extremely well and the table barely moves when the wheels are locked. I have a 9 and a 7 year old boys and both are able to open and close the table quite easily. I live in London so it's super rainy, therefore I bought the cover. The table will live outside in the garden only, so hoping that I don't need to use the 10 year warranty... but have to say it's quite refreshing to know the warranty is for 10 years. About assembling it... For whoever gave 1 or 2 stars because of it, it's a shame... You should be rating the table, not the assembly. It's a heavy table, and it's written everywhere you need 2 people to assemble... which is true. A very important tip is to use an electric screwdriver, if you don't have one then it might take a bit more than 2 hours as stated in the manual. If you ever assembled any Lego, you'll be able to put this table together, they've identified all the bags with screws so it's easy to know when to use the right one. I bought this over the PPT 500 because this is almost 10 kg heavier. I think this is helping with the ball bouncing really well.

Thanks for taking the time to leave us a constructive feedback on the PPT 530 Outdoor Tennis Table. We are happy to hear that the assembly went well for you. In fact, having a 5mm tabletop will increase the bounce compared to a 4mm.
I would like to emphasis that the warranty applies only to the following parts:
- The table safety system (locking mechanisms)
- Wheels
- Metal parts (including hardware)
- Tabletops (warping, peeling or white stripes coming off).
As part of this warranty, PONGORI will replace the parts or defective table.
DECATHLON will cover the costs of transport. For part replacements, the customer must cover the labour costs.
However, the 10-year warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear of parts (wheels, net etc.)
- The use of tables by groups
- Tables not assembled according to the instructions in the user manual - Non-compliance with use and safety recommendations in the user manual - Lack of table maintenance (eg, greasing hinges every two years)
- The use of harsh products (eg, detergents) for table maintenance
- Scratches, corrosion and discolouration
- Impacts, falls (wind included) and, more generally, any other issue not related to the table quality.

As someone who never ever assembled anything in my life beside lego toys, and after reading atleast 200 reviews i have to say im really disappointed in people. Many many complained how things broke, how they took 6-7 hours to assemble it, but truth is if you just follow instructions, and watch video tutorial, this table cannot be more simpler to assemble. Only thing that can really slow you down if you screw everything with the basic tools. If you just use socket wrench, you will speed up the process by alot. Other then that, table was super fun and easy to assemble and it took me 3 hours solo. Again im saying i never assembled anything in my life of this type. Only situation where you really need 2nd person is attaching boards on rods. After that you need 20 more minutes to finish it completely. Only reason i gave 4/5 and what really disappointed me was that the 5mm board on 1 side is not precisely in middle of the metal construction, which resulted in my table not being symmetrical. Sadly that depends from table to table and it's a lottery who gets perfect one and who gets the one with few milimeters ofset. All in all, worth and i would suggest it to everyone who wants to have a solid, and not unreasonably expensive outdoor table.

Great table and easy to assemble
This is one of the table tennis table we have had. Love the design and easy assembling. It was a perfect choice for outdoor play and easy to store.
Table was delivered on time by a very courteous Team. The table was well packed, the instructions for assembly were detailed and easy to follow. When assembled the table is very easy to put up, the added option for having the one side up fo practice is great. The quality of the table is very good Would definitely recomend
Received this item and took around 3hrs to piece it together and use the small supplied tools. It would be so much easier it it was part built.
Great and good quality product!
We purchased the table after searching on line the table has a 5mm top which should hopefully enable it to resist the weather better. The self assembly should have 2 people to assemble. The table has large wheels which makes it easy to move over the ground outside and the legs are easily adjustable to level the table. The quality of the table is very good and is a great purchase.
Top Tip - DON'T assemble when hungover - this isn't the Avengers it's a table tennis table!! This is a great table and the adjustable height legs really help to stabilize on your porch (or i could have been me off kilter) Get the cover, its worth it and is like a mini parachute hanging underneath which is soooo cool first time you use it :) and then once the table is made it's very easy to put up and take down. Pong on my my friends, Pong on!
Took a little while to put together, but very sturdy once built. Mechanisms all work well. Possibly slightly less bounce than an indoor table, but barely noticeable. Still very playable. Overall pleased with purchase.
After reading through reviews I saw a theme appear that everyone loves the table but alot of people had trouble with the assembly, saying it took hours and hours and the instructions were bad etc. Which made me dread having to do it myself. It turns out that's a load of rubbish. I found the whole thing quite pleasurable as far as flat pack goes. Instructions were clear and easy to follow, it took my about an hour and a half on my own apart from the section where you lift the table top onto the legs.
It's taken 3 people 4 hours to put together, and it's still not right. During assembly the middle sliding assembly plastic snapped. The locking mechanisms in the central bar don't release easily so you can't fold it back up. I watched video endless times but some of the tasks aren't clearly show. I think we'll have to take apart tomorrow and just use it on a table top. Not impressed with the money we spent on it.

Been thinking about buying a table for some time now as I used to play competitively in my early teens. I'm now in my 50's and decided that this model would be good enough for occasional use but this table has far exceeded my expectations. Assembly was straight forward thanks to the online video and the result is simply quality. It's solid, robust and has a great bounce, I've not stopped playing since I put it up this afternoon and it's now 10:30pm. I not one to usually write reviews but I felt it necessary in this case, I'm am so pleased with this purchase I only wish I had bought it years ago. I should also mention that the staff at Decathlon, particularly Alison, were super helpful and assisted with fixing the very large package to the roof of my car. Cheers

10 year warranty

This commercial warranty does not exclude the legal warranties applicable to each country or state.
