Hybrid sole
Sometimes surprises along your way leave you no choice but to push or carry your mountain bike. We\'ve therefore come up with a hybrid sole inspired by trail running (for grip on the ground) and mountain biking (for grip on the pedals) to keep you comfortable and supported whether walking or cycling. Its heel stiffener and flex grooves keep you comfortable when walking. And its grooved multidirectional lugs drain water and mud whether going uphill or downhill, walking or cycling.
Tidy laces
Once the shoe is \"locked\" in place, the excess lacing can be stored in the small pocket at the top of the tongue.

Clipless pedals
When you start mountain biking, clipless pedals aren\'t necessarily a priority. This is why these shoes grip the pedals well, even without cleats. And if you want to take the plunge, the sole has a rigid section for fixing cleats without having to adjust everything! Easily mount your SPD cleats thanks to a 2-hole design and reference points engraved onto the sole.
Reinforced forefoot
Forefoot is reinforced to protect it from unexpected impacts or stones kicked up by the wheel.
Compatible with clipless pedals
For the best fit, use the following models: -BTWIN SPD DUAL 500 -BTWIN SPD CLIPLESS 100 -BTWIN SPD CLIPLESS 520 -SHIMANO SPD DUAL M324 -SHIMANO SPD CLIPLESS M520 -SHIMANO SPD CLIPLESS XT-M780 Compatibility with ENDURO / FREERIDE clipless platform pedals is not guaranteed (e.g. B\'Twin SPD Clipless 540, Shimano SPD Clipless Enduro XT-M8020, Shimano SPD Clipless M424). For these pedals, you will need to try them first.

Good shoes and good quality and price
I wasn’t really sure what I was looking for in cycling shoes, but these are great Compromise
Been wearing for a year. Guess it will work well with spd pedals. However abit slippery on smooth floor. Not recommended for trailing.
