The console on the Treadmill W100 features an LCD screen that displays 5 indicators: time, distance, speed, calories and steps.Using the "GOAL" mode, you can set a goal for each of your workouts.A secure stand below the screen can be used to hold your smartphone while you exercise.
Resistance and levels
The Treadmill W100 is equipped with two flywheels and a 15% incline, to ensure a smooth walking experience.The incline height is non-adjustable. It is fixed at 15%.The adjustment dial located on the support bar, can be used to change the speed: it is linked to a magnetic resistance system.
Storage
The Treadmill W100 has a special locking mechanism so you can fold up the treadmill and safety store it in a vertical position.Two wheels make it easy to move the treadmill to store it away before and after using it.This treadmill must be stored indoors in a clean, dry place to maintain the integrity of the electronic components.Do not store outdoors.

I bought this to use with VR games so I could exercise whilst playing* - this requires a manual treadmill as otherwise you would fall off the back if you stopped walking in game. It was very easy to put together and is very solid once finished and it folds away easily and can be wheeled into different rooms as well. It has an adjustable flywheel so you can tweak how hard you want the workout to be - although I ended up cable-tying a 1cm piece of wood to the underside of the front bar to reduce the angle slightly. * If you use this for VR gaming you need to attach yourself to the frame with a harness to stop you sliding off when you stop walking, you should also attach a plastic pipe between your stomach and the front rail so you don't walk off the front of it. Very pleased with the purchase...
Great treadmill, hard workout. It was pain to set it up and figure out how to service the belt so it wouldn’t be sliding as the handbook is not very clear on that. Other than that really happy with it.
I’m very happy with this product. Easy to use and worth the money
