How to choose your punch bag
The type of boxing will determine the size of your bag (from 80 cm to 120 cm).- For punches only, choose a punch bag from 80 cm to 100 cm.- For punches and kicks, choose a bag over 100 cm.- For kids or beginners, go for a polyester bag that's flexible upon impact.- For regular boxers, choose a PVC or leather bag that's stiff and very durable.- For expert boxers or for intensive training
Directions for use
Never punch your bag with bare hands as you risk injuring yourself. Always wear boxing gloves or inner gloves during training.
Care advice
Wash your punch bag using a damp cloth and soapy water, and rinse in clean water.Do not store in a damp place (indoors or outdoors).

After only the third boxing session on this punch bag the stitching has separated where the black meets the grey and it makes me question should I even get it replaced with another one as I think that it could be a bad design by Adidas. I will be bringing it back to the store this week to see how decathlon deal with this matter.
Hallo, ich bin ein wenig verwirrt. Ich habe mir gestern diesen Boxsack in Herne gekauft. Der Sack sieht sehr gut aus und auch die Verarbeitung scheint gut zu sein. Jetzt kommen wir allerdings zum Problem. Der Boxsack ist auf 40kg ausgeschildert (sowohl im Laden als auch im Internet). Er kam mir aber etwas leichter vor, weshalb ich mich entschied, ihn auf die Waage zu stellen. ...27kg !!! ich bin wirklich verwirrt. Wie kann es sein, dass er angeblich 40kg wiegen soll? ich bitte um Antworten
