My daughter love's this just what she wanted. It is a bit heavy but not she can manage it. Very good for the waistline.
Nice product
Bought for my 18 year old daughter. She loves it. Finds the weighted hoop much better than the cheaper, lighter ones.
But you can’t order the shipment. I was several months to shop and collect in the store
I love my weighted hoop! It's the only exercise I ever feel like doing at home (and for me something is better than nothing). Just pick it up and go! No need for an exercise mat or special shoes. It would be good if there were different sizes to choose from, and if the weight could be adjusted like some other hoops on the market, but this is a great entry level piece of kit and I think I will be using it for a long time still.
Great bit of kit and in breakdown format too - easy to assemble and hard to begin with but technique comes after a few practices... I'm looking forward to seeing what benefits will come with this.. Trying 5 mins twice a day for a kick off...

Little did I know that weighted hoops existed, all these years I have been practicing with athletic hoops (which are wonderful). This weighted one is amazing workout. Its sturdy yet smooth on your skin. Extra point for seamless detachment. Totally happy with my purchase.
I bought the 1.4kg hoop to help get me moving again. I loved hula hooping when I was young and love it just as much at 63, I can use my hoop inside or outside and I can take it with me anywhere I go because it come apart for easy storage and packing it in a bag is no problem.
My daughter is happy with it.

The skin of the hoop is easy to break. It is a little bit heavy to swing the hoop.

Why use a weighted hoop?
You can add or remove weight to this weighted hoop to adapt to your level. If you're new to strength training with this accessory, know that the larger the diameter of the hoop, the easier it is to turn. When starting out, we recommend removing one or more links (to reduce the diameter) and adding them as you get stronger.
Starting out with a weighted hoop
Start by standing with the hoop at waist level. Place your feet slightly apart and place one leg in front of the other. To vary your exercises, we suggest making the hoop turn from front to back, rather than in circular movements (like a Hula Hoop)!
Dimensions
Hoop diameter: 90 cm; tube diameter: 30 mm.
Bonus
When you start, remember that the bigger the hoop's diameter, the harder it is to spin. Try taking out one of the sections the first time you use it!
