Hygiene matters

Thing is, the band needs must be washed often due to sweat of course. Option is to buy another one for replacement not waiting for it to dry

Which resistance level should you choose?

The light resistance (7 kg) is good for beginners or those with an intermediate level doing upper body work or Pilates exercises.The medium resistance (10 kg) is good for those with an intermediate level doing lower body exercises.The strong resistance (15 kg) is ideal for advanced users doing lower body strength training (squats, leg raises, etc.).
