  • Head size: Wrap a tape measure horizontally around your head just below your eyebrows.
  • Chest size: Wrap a tape measure horizontally around the widest part of your chest.

      The light resistance (7 kg) is good for beginners or those with an intermediate level doing upper body work or Pilates exercises. The medium resistance (10 kg) is good for those with an intermediate level doing lower body exercises. The strong resistance (15 kg) is ideal for advanced users doing lower body strength training (squats, leg raises, etc.).
