Fast Hiking Backpack FH900 Helium 17 Litres

An upshot version of the popular Quencha Raid 17, which I continue to owned and use for 10 years. This 2nd purchase was bought for another rider (friend). The Helium 17 is very similar however the water bladder is now an open zip top design. This is a great bag and can be used with or without the bladder and is versatile, so can be used for many activities. The 17L size is perfect for MTB use. So is the 2L water bladder. The 2 side zipped pockets are great. But there are no side mesh holders, which would be handly to have. The pack is comfortable, well fitting, and robust. On hot rides my back is sweaty, but this is the same with most backpacks. It is shower proof but comes with a rain cover. I pop inside a green gardening bin bag to extra protect my contents. This backpack was recommended to me 10 years ago by other MTB riders, and now I highly recommend to others the same.

I bought this ruck sack for hiking and when I take my kids out I can put their pack lunch into and empty my pockets into the side pockets. Excellent all rounder ruck sack .

I've had this pack for over 8 years, taken it to three continents, used it in urban and hiking environments, and it's still going strong! Fits a 3L hydration bladder with ease and the rain cover was great until I lost it. This is a great small pack to use on day hikes, it fits a surprising amount of gear while keeping a low profile. I highly recommend.

I'm trying to lighten my load when walking when the weather suits, so I thought I'd try this. It takes a 3L bladder ok. and has a surprising amount of space. The tapering at the top give me more freedom of arm movement and is reasonably comfortable fully loaded. Built in rain cover that fits with press studs is the best I've ever seen. The back vertical zip opens an expandable pouch which is very useful. My only down side are things like the shoulder straps are a bit flimsy, let's see how it lasts.

Bought this for a week's hiking in the French Alps and was delighted with it. Great value with raincover included, emergency whistle built into sternum strap fastening, hydration system and perfect capacity for day hikes in decent weather (fits light raingear/windbreaker, extra layers, food and extra water, maps, sunscreen, hat etc).

I bought this little rucksack for doing the 3 peak challenge recently as I needed a smaller pack with lots all the features of my bigger rucksack. This was one of the only ones I found that ticked all my boxes. It did the job great. Just big enough for the essentials of a fast Nevis ascent, and small enough to be light and compact. It hugs your back well so doesn't bounce about too much when you're moving fast over rough terrain. It's only drawback was that there's no frame, and so it tends to lie in a heap when you take it off, but that's not that big a deal. Overall I'm very pleased with it and I'm looking forward to using it again.

Havn't tested it in the field yet but looks like it is perfect for my requirements. nice spacious main compartment, suprisingly big expanding pocket, hugs the body nicely, looks smart. can't wait to get on a mountain or an off road bike track with it.

I was a little shocked by the look and feel of the pack. It don't feel very robust well it was made more durable.

As title. Other than that, it is all good.
