This was supplied with the wrong plug, an EU plug and the adapter supplied does not fit!
I purchased this item recently when in store. It was a bit of an impulse buy. I didn't read any reviews online but certainly wish I did. The first thing to note is that it's a non UK plug. Not much use. I did manage to find an adapter around the house and it felt like it worked pretty well. However, when I have tried to use this again it just does not work. I have tried numerous times to no avail. It's fair to say that I'm very disappointed!
Sadly - having - pre odered - click and collect - wrong size garement supplied and now this EU plug supplied so another trip at some point when allowed to travel and store re-opens

Given fir a Xmas present. So disappointed to find I have the problem tgat was supposed to be resolved now - I was given an EU plug. Please can a customer service rep get in touch to resolve and send a UK cable. We can’t get to a shop in these circumstances.
Bought this to help with back pain and it seems to be working well. It does seem to strain a bit if you lean some weight onto it but loosens the old muscles up. The only down side was when we opened the box to find it came with an EU plug however rather than the hassle of returning it for a replacement a £1.50 adapter plug from ASDA sorted the problem. Might be worth checking it in the store before you take it home so you know what plug you're getting.
AC Adapter was missing but i received one promptly from store. It's a fantastic massager.
Still going well one year on. Obviously not as good as a hand massage but regularly helps loosen my stiff neck.
Sold in UK with European plug. I can’t try it. I read this problem happening very often. Why you are not learn your lesson and send the right plug for everyone.

Gets in really deep so not for the faint hearted. Absolutely love this thing. Some parts of the body are easier to massage than others, but not sure wheee I'd be without it. Didn't come with adapter, but they sent one out soon enough. Worth every penny if you like a sports massage
I tried this in store and loved it for my mother who has a bad back. I've purchased one and upon arrival it didn't come with any power cable. I have contacted the customer support team twice and was just told to return it. I don't want to return it.... I want a power cable so I can use it! This does not seem to be a one off instance looking at the reviews, so I am hoping someone will contact me and send me a UK power cable. This is something you would expect to be part of a £40 product. I cannot go into store as we are in lockdown. Thanks.

Product itself is very good, but decathlon forgot to put the UK adaptor in the parcel and had drive 1hr to my nearest decathlon to get the adaptor and no compensation offered by decathlon :( disappointed to say the least.
Sold in UK with non UK plug. Took up with online customer service and they are unable to help as bought in store. Awaiting further feed back

So how do i use my electronic massage belt?
We recommend you spend 5 minutes massaging each muscle group!And, to adjust the depth of your massage, you can either use the straps or your own body weight..The different rotation directions are intended for different muscle groups: down-to-up for your legs and there-and-back for your back.As to the heating option, it helps to relieve tension in your back muscles.Want to find out more? Settle into your couch or take a seat at your desk and quite simply indulge in a massage of the upper or lower back. Bonus: heat mode for even more relaxation. It's particularly effective for the lower back.
Is there a user guide for the electric massage belt?
Your massage belt has a cable: it must be plugged in for use. Choose between 3 speeds, 2 rotation directions and a heating option.4 buttons (on/off, speed, rotation direction and heat) on the strap so you don't have to move the belt to adjust it when massaging your neck.The belt stops after 15 minutes or in the event of excessive pressure.Check out our videos for more information ;-)
