Decent wish they did heavier ones though
As expected, good value and great for home workouts. One minor gripe is the hand grips/rope ends could do with being just a little bit longer.
The rope is the ideal length and weight but the handle/grip design is incredibly poor. I don’t understand why they have been made this way - I will be requesting a refund and buying elsewhere
Weight is great for beginners but the rubber handles were torn after 1st use!

Very good rope and best price. My son does cross fit, me and daughter running. This is tough to use, lots of ways to use on line. This is the ‘beginners’ weight, well believe me if gives you a work out. Got it treaded thru our picnic bench ( if had to be threaded thru something not just lying on ground ). I am so glad I bought this for garden workout during lockdown. I will get better
