Working out: how and for how long?
Domyos mini steppers are designed for occasional use (25- to 30-minute sessions, 2 or 3 times a week). You should start each session with a 3- to 5-minute warm-up (or more for beginners). If you start your workout too quickly, you increase the risk of injury and you will quickly get tired. Finally, don't forget to include a recovery phase at the end of your workout and to stretch afterwards.

You can also work on your waist and abdominals by turning your hips each time you step on to the stepper.

It is very easy to assembly and it doesn't occupy a lot of space. The workout is effective and you can feel you're doing a good exercise.
No need for large space and easy to move it around. I will recommend it to anyone.
Very handy to keep in the lounge and use whenever you feel like it for a few minutes now and again or for a longer time. Only problem is it becomes loose quite quickly.
