I bought these to replace some old ones I had had for years and had broke on one of the arms, I was looking for similar ones with difference lenses for all year use. These were a little more than I expected to pay but there pretty well made and I don't need to change lenses with these, which can be a pain.
Been using these now for around 4 weeks, initially I thought they were great value in comparison to prescription lenses as they worked fine re from sunshine into shade, however with the winter sun I’m afraid I’ve got to agree with an earlier reviewer that into the sun these glasses aren’t really up to it, but brilliant in the winter shade. For my next ride I’ll be using my Decathlon £4;99 sunglasses to compare them into the winter sun

Fine on a cloudy day but these do little to block bright sunlight. In short, not much use as a pair of sunglasses.
The glasses are good for cloudier days and cooler weather but found that I was getting sweat in my eyes when it’s hot which I don’t with a similar pair from decathlon which are also photo chromatic but have an initial darker tint with reflective outer.
Not so sure about the photo-chromatic element. I've worn these glasses instead of sunglasses due to their UV filtering and the claim that they're good in all lights. And they are. I haven't felt like I needed more protection in sunlight, or less filtering in lower light, so I guess they're doing their job. They look great, are comfortable, and you forget they are there when cycling, which is what you want from glasses. There's a small amount of fogging when you stop riding, but the snug fitting nose bridge lets you sit them further down your nose to lessen the fogging. All in all, I'm happy that I didn't spend 3 or 4 times as much on similar branded products. And having never used photo-chromatic glasses before, I'm not sure what to expect. But I like these and shall be wearing them for a long time to come, hopefully.
work really well from bright to shady , and clear vision
Just bought today, initial thougths, good looking glasses, good value for money being Photochromic lens. Darkens gradually with the intensity of light/Sun. A little bit tight in the temple area, hence I give it 4 stars I wantwd to give it 4.5.

Great when riding in the woods, one minute sunny, next shady. They make it so much easier to see in these conditions.
Love these glasses. They change well with the light and keep the wind out if my eyes. Look great too.
Great sunnies
bit large for a female face, but really great pair photochrom glasses for cycling.
I bought the sunglasses with mirrored blue finish. Which is totally half cooked product. It will reflect eyes itself. When its exposed against light sources I can see lot of reflections. Which is pretty bad.

The sunglasses which you have purchased are photochromatic in nature. They will be relatively transparent indoors but are meant to darken when exposed to UV radiation.
They might take some time to get used to, but are quite effective at protecting your eyes. If you're still not satisfied after you have used them for a while, please let us know.

Photochromatic technology
