Well designed and easy to fit is robust and stylish-uses allen keys to fit (supplied) one small touch that shows quality-the treads of the bolts all has a covering of the 'glue' that stops them from coming undone-a little extra that makes all the difference
1. Possibly supply some screw lubricant. 2. There is a possibility that on new bikes the pre-tapped holes screw threads may become crossed, you could possible supply or offer a tap if this happens.
Does the job well. Bought to use with child seat.

This rack is good quality and easy enough to fit. It is however very heavy. With the rack and panier bags on the back of my bike it becomes to heavy to lift up stairs etc
Excellent rack fits my MTB 27.5 very well there's no slant in it's mounting position very straight.

This is a good quality and very versatile rack. I’ve used it on two different bikes and the range of adjustment allowed it to fit perfectly onto a hybrid and also my racing bike. Why pay more when this rack is so good?
The blurb calls this carrier lightweight. In fact it weighs 1.6kg which is rather more at the heavy / robust end of the scale. In fairness this is disclosed in the details if you read them carefully.
Having just bought a Riverside E 500 for my wife we decided that like her old MTB we would fit a pannier rack and this looked like the right candidate for the job. We got the rack home and with not to much work managed to fit it on the bike with just a minor modification to the front mounting brackets (double angle bend ) so that it all lined up correctly as the frame was only 50 mm and not the recommended 72 mm and with the sides fully extended to fit on the frame lowest point it fitted perfectly over the mudguards .Shame I cannot post a photo or two on this so everyone could see it fitted
These are great for the price, easy to fit
This rack has served me well for both long distance touring and everyday use. The only issue I have with it is fitment of the seatpost connections, in order to clear the break calipers it's necessary to use 3 to 4 washers on the rack side, while not too much of a problem it would be nice for these to be included. Otherwise this has been a great addition to my daily use road bike combined with the waterproof decathalon pannier bags.
Nice sold rack and fitted easily to my disk brake equipped gravel bike. Slightly irritated with the position of the light mounting bracket being under the rack rather than at the back so it’s not easy to fit a decent light.
I just had mine delivered today, the rack wouldn't fit in my Riverside 500, such a shame. Now I have to undergo the long process of returning it back.

Updated instructions as of 8 march 2021.
It states on the instructions that the maximum fixing centre on the bike's seat stays is 100 mm.This makes the pannier rack incompatible with certain mountain bikes that are wider.However, we have just repeated the ISO tests with a width of 130 mm and the results were positive.This means that the pannier rack can be mounted on bikes with 130 mm axles.The assembly instructions will be updated shortly.
Repairability and durability.
To extend the lifespan of our pannier racks, they are all repairable.We have created repair kits containing all of the loose parts for our pannier racks: screws and removable connecting parts.So if you've lost or damaged a part, it can be replaced without the need to buy a whole new rack.You can find the reference code for the kit that matches your product in the SUPPORT SECTION.
Technical tests
Laboratory tests are conducted to validate the durability of the components: hardware, chainrings, paint, etc. For example: abrasion resistance, corrosion resistance, colourfastness to UV rays. The finished product is also tested to ensure that the assembly remains firmly in place over time.Lastly, the loaded pannier rack is positioned on the test bicycle and undergoes thousands of test cycles to reproduce road biking conditions.
