Our design teams created this speed bag / reflex stand set for boxers that want to train alone while improving their hitting skills, accuracy and reflexes. The base is weighted with 8 L water bags and consists of a metal rod topYou can screw on the reflex stand to the base to train dodging.

Longer than the classic version, this speed bag has ergonomic foam that guarantees proper hand protection.
