im about 48-50kg and height 5'5", i got size S (small) and im so happy with this set The elbow pads fit good on my skinny arms and are comfortable. The wrist guards fit good on my skinny wrists and im glad they restrict some movement backwards and forward decently (this is good so you dont snap your wrist), the hard parts dont fit the anatomy of my wrist perfectly which brings me discomfort in a couple pressure points but it isnt enough to prevent me from using it. Another good feature is the plastic piece you see on the palms is so you can slide if you fall forward, it also takes in some of the impact as its not directly touching the palm area The kneepads are good after a little adjustment. theyre a bit tight when i do up the velcro all the way, so i attach the velcro a little looser, its still tight but more comfortable. the kneepad stays securely on my knee which is what you want (the medium size was too big for me because it moved from side to side, you dont want the kneepad to move to the side on impact to the ground). with the slight adjustment the small size is a good fit As the description "3-piece" can be a bit confusing, you do get 2 pairs of 3 items, and in the mesh bag they come wrapped around each other in pairs. every piece has coloured "left" and "right" labels which are very helpful. Im so happy and would definitely recommend this protection set

I’ve just started roller skating and the other day was the first time I fell over and the knee pads too the damage they did it really well and I feel very safe when wearing them. They are good quality and I particularly like how the wrist guards have double protection in them. They are all also very comfortable to wear :)

Looks nice and Velcro sounds nice too. Did not really got any chance to test it, as I did not fell down when skating yet.

Good fit, tough padding, ideal for new skaters etc Just to be clear, there are 6 items in this pack, 2 knee, 2 elbow and 2 hand protectors. May seem obvious but the picture and description is a bit confusing.

Bought this after smashing my knee whilst mountain biking. Hind sight is a stupid thing use protection first then no after thoughts necessary lol

Great for beginners, protect well

I had no idea which size to buy so I opted for a medium but actually received a large. I think I'm probably in between, as a tall (6ft/182cm) fairly slim woman with thicker legs than arms! If it's helpful to other shoppers, there's a size guide on the packaging but it's a grid so a lot to try and write out. It's based on weight and height and the general gist is: Small: 50–60kg, 150–170cm Medium: 60–80kg, 150–180cm Large: 80–90kg, 150–190cm With the stretchy fabric and velcro fasteners they're fairly adjustable anyway, so don't worry too much if you're in between. Hope this helps!

Please provide size guide, I have not purchased yet, no idea which one to buy.

Bought these as next size up for my son,had the medium size one ages,and lasted well,so no worries over getting the large size ones
