nice for back pain
Comfortable for your back if you sit in chair for long duration
Use it as a travel pillow due to hard and height adjustable.
Using this give me a sitted workout for my back. Though I can't last long on it. Doubles up as a good back pillow too.
i made a mistake of purchasing this as a seat support. also, it is a bit warm to the skin. (maybe a doughnut design may help in the air circulation).

The cushion air went off after sitting on it for less than an hour

Very versatile mobility balance cushion that could easily be a back rest, seat cushion to work your core muscles when seated on to keep in balance, also could be used as a foot balancing to work on stability and core.

Používám na sezení u počítače, je pohodlný.
Podložku nepoužívám na cvičení, nýbrž v práci, abych měla alespoň trochu aktivní "posed". Líbí se mi neutrální barva, omyvatelný materiál i možnost připuštění/upuštění vzduchu a fakt, že podložka má zespoda protiskluzové nopky.

How do you adjust your balance cushion?
If you plan to use it while seated at your desk, there's no need to inflate it: just open the valve and you're good to go! If you want to use it as a balance cushion, you'll need to inflate it. Remove the cap and inflate it manually. If you can feel the ground, it's not inflated enough. To store it, simply open the cap, push the button, and press the cushion against your body to release the air.
