Under a door:- place the green end behind the door (on the opposite side of the door's opening) and slip the strap under the door.- close the door- position your feet under the foam and place the elastic under the ball or soles of your feetAround a post:- wrap the extension around the object,- pass one end through the other to create a loop,- insert the green rubber end into the loop.
