A composition that respects your body.
To provide you with a high-performance, safe mat, it\'s made up like a sandwich: in its centre is rubber to absorb vibrations. On the outside, we used EPDM rubber, a material that contains no PAHs, which are carcinogenic. Thanks to this composition, the floor mat allows you to train with complete peace of mind for yourself and others, while also protecting your floor.
Why use protective mats during your workouts?

Done with your workout week? Don\'t forget to clean your mats with a damp cloth to prevent wear on the coating by removing any accumulated sweat and dust. If you want to train outdoors, don\'t forget to bring in your mats and store them in a dry place, since they are only designed for indoor use.

Our mats are sold individually. So you can purchase the number of slabs you wish, based on the machines you have or the area of your workout space. Because of their weight and texture, there is no point in glueing them down; they stay in place on their own, even in small spaces. You have the option of trimming the borders if you want flat edges on the outside.

Un super amorti et une réduction du bruit pour les voisins du dessous réellement significatif. Je les ai acheté pour que mes voisins ne subissent pas mes entrainements sur mon tapis de marche. On a testé et ils n'entendent plus rien. Vraiment efficace !
D'apparence robuste et de qualité. je met 4 étoiles pour le prix un poil cher, pour recouvrir 10m2... Je recommande a decathlon de produire les bordures, ou peut-être des demi plaques. On a pas forcément envie de couper au cutter des plaques aussi chère.
Se découpe facilement pour s’adapter à la pièce. Amorti suffisant avec une dalle béton sous les plaques.
