Does what it says on the tin
Used for sorting out back/shoulder pain. Use against a wall. Sorts the pins and needles feeling.
Perfect for working into muscles while sat at your desk
Son needed this for exercise sessions that take place prior to swimming training - hasn't tried it yet, but said it looks perfect!
Rolling the ball under your feet feels good and your legs. I have tried it on my back feels good to but be careful with your spine.

Good massage ball. Have used it on back, legs and feet to good effect. Firmer than a tennis ball and the modules help to get into tight muscles
very effective in relieving stress and knotted back, neck and lower back issues. very portable! I don't have to lug a whole massage roller with me when I travel! they actually look nice. I ended up buying more as my brother pinched the ones I bought earlier
