PAID FOR NEXT DAY, NO SIGN OF ITEM AT TIME IT WAS BOOKED FOR. DISAPPOINTED
I had to modify mine, with my Dremel, to get it to seat properly, which is such a shame for a good idea. My bike is a Decathlon Rockrider 6.1 so that might be the problem, but the packaging should be more informative. I would pay more for a better quality version as it is so simple and effective in keeping your clothing away from the oil on the chain. It also looks good as well. I would give it 5 stars if it fitted better without modification. Time will tell if I have weakened it and it fails.

The item code 1797276 failed after 14 months , the bike was not used after when it was fitted during routine servicing done at Decthalon servicing centre Anubhav Banglore ,

I have tried many Chain guards from amazon and other online sites. This was the only one which fit exactly and was having the best quality.

Wie bereits hier mehrfach erwähnt, greift das Gewinde nur auf wenigen Gewindegängen und ist bei mir ohne größeren Kraftaufwand sogar abgerissen. Eine Mutter aus Metall statt Plastik wäre sinnvoll. Kann ich auf Kulanz zurückgeben?

Das Kunststoffgewinde griff nicht und die ersten Gewindegänge des Kunststoffs waren schnell weg und daher nicht mehr zu befestigen.
