I have driven over 500 km in the XC100 since purchasing it in the last 1.5 months. It replaced my 4-year old Riverside 120 and I can say this cycle is a quantum leap on the earlier cycle. Positives: - Incredible value: To get a Manitou Air fork, Shimano Deore groupset/gears and Tektro Hydraulic Disc Brakes at this price point is incredible. Great set of components - Frame is great - Great sport riding position - once the seat and stem (reduced it to 35 mm stem) are adjusted, thanks to Reuben, who was excellent at Decathlon - Overall the cycle can conquer any peak Recommend to change to Decathlon puncture-proof tubes and also use a 35mm stem for great manouverability. If you are not changing the stem and adjusting seat, better to go one size smaller as the standard sizes are different for this one and both S/M would work for somebody who is 170 cm. The gears are top notch - no slippage and precise/excellent. Pleasure on uphill and downhill. There is a remote lockout for the suspension which makes plain roads easy and the brakes are precise and excellent. I want to call out Reuben from Decathlon for top notch assembly of the bike and answering all questions and explaining beautifully. He is an excellent asset for Decathlon Jayanagar Overall, I recommend this bike
