I was pleasantly surprised at the overall quality of this product. Just wanted a cheap no frills chain wheel for my fixed wheel racer. And this was way under a tenner. I was expecting a flimsy badly finished product but far from it, it is solid, a tad heavy for it's size but bomb proof. The guards are plastic so won't dent and jam the chain, if it is damaged it will snap and you can continue riding and it forms a nice channel for the chain to run in so no risk of it leaping off. It is bolt on so you can take the guard off, bonus on such a budget product. The arms are very solid, only time will tell how strong the teath are but at this price so me better. But you will need your own bolts to fit the arms to the crank so get some while you buy/order this. But it it a lot more robust than most in this price range.
