During the design phase for our shaping products, each product was tested in our SportLabs and by gym and Pilates enthusiasts during use. Comfortable, good fit, doesn't move about when exercising...
For 'shaping effect' just read 'absurdly tight'. I'm not sure what's 'flattering' about gym leggings being so skin tight that every line of your underwear is visible. Aside from this the design is great - nice texturing and good high waist - and the fabric is indeed sturdy and opaque. Order a size up than you would normally get perhaps if you don't want them to be skin tight, but then the waist may well be too big.
