              Fleece component: insulation thanks to air

              The mission of the fleece component is to trap air thanks to the volume created by its texture (and the brushing of the knit). This air acts as a insulator, keeping the body warm. This fleece has been approved for a comfort temperature of 13 to 16°C without an additional jacket.

              HOW IS WARMTH MEASURED?

              When you hike, you sweat is almost inevitable. However, you can avoid it, it's the feeling of dampness that goes with you. How is it possible? The component of this fleece is breathable. It is to say that it is able to wick perspiration away.

              Why a breathable fleece gilet?

              Designed in our international design centre at the foot of Mont Blanc, in France, this fleece cardigan is then made by our suppliers in China and Vietnam. We collaborate closely with these partners who have real expertise in the manufacture of our fleeces.
