The bench is good value, well made and feels strong in use. I have used it for a few weeks now and am very pleased with its comfort and construction, with one exception. There is one drawback, which is not obvious when you first see the bench. What looks like a standard leg extension/leg curl attachment isn't! You can do leg extensions without a problem. However, when I tried to do leg curls, I found you would need a lower leg of a very unusual length to reach the roller and do the exercise. I contacted Decathlon, who, after a few false starts, admitted you cannot do leg curls with this equipment, only leg extensions. So, highly recommended if you're not bothered about leg curls. Otherwise, look elsewhere.
Very easy to make. And feels strong
Can’t fault this bench really sturdy to give you confidence with any exercise and yet easy to fold flat and manoeuvre when not using
