Clean your derailleur with slightly warm soapy water. Do not use grease remover products that damage plastics.
Assembly tips
When replacing your derailleur, check the conditions of the cables, and if frayed or oxidised it is, we recommended you replace them. Check the derailleur hanger is well aligned to perform adjustments. Replace it or true it if necessary.
