How to change an inner tube:
For successful mounting, start by watching our video.Slightly inflate the inner tube, insert the valve, put the inner tube correctly in place and make sure the rim isn\'t pinching it.
Fitting a tyre:
The correct mounting method is to start at the valve and finish at the opposite side, without using tyre levers so as not to risk a puncture.
How to choose an inner tube:
To take good care of your bike, it\'s important to know the exact dimensions of your tyres.This information is given on the tyre sidewall (diameter and cross-section). For example, 20 x 2.10 means that the tyre is 20 inches in diameter and 2.10 inches wide. On the tyre sidewall you will also find the dimensions in mm in ETRTO international units. For example, 50-406 means a tyre that is 50mm wide and has an inner diameter of 406mm (approx. 20 x 2.00).
Inflating a tyre:
Adhere to the manufacturer\'s recommended pressure, marked on the sidewall.While inflating, check that the tyre remains evenly positioned on the rim.
