This item states it is for Shimano derailleurs and the staff at my local Decathlon were not sure if this would work as a replacement for a SRAM Grip Shift on a BTwin 5 speed childs 20” bike which we purchased from Decathlon about a year before. We know about the actuation ratio differences between Shimano and SRAM but we thought we would give it a try and it seems to work perfectly. So, if your child has broken the SRAM 5 speed Grip Shift on their BTwin bike with the Sunrace M15 rear derailleur, this should work fine as a replacement. Very easy to fit and a very good price too.
BTWIN 5 speed Grip Shift Good replacement shifter that functions far better than the original equipment on kids bikes. My step son was able to ride far better and master the gears when this was fitted. Easily fitted too.
