Pro: prezzo relativamente contenuto, assoluta facilità di montaggio, robustezza e stabilità accettabili, buona versatilità, portadischi e accessori adeguati. Contro: misure eccessivamente ridotte. Risulta assolutamente impossibile eseguire un lento avanti in piedi (sono alto 1,75) dentro il rack o una distensione su panca piana con presa a larghezza olimpionica. Per eseguire un box squat usufruendo al contempo della sicurezza delle "candele" laterali occorre fare manovre a dir poco cervellotiche. La larghezza ridotta limita perfino l'esecuzione di trazioni con presa prona larga! Il rack avrebbe dovuto essere come minimo 100-150mm più largo e più alto. I carichi massimi supportati sono limitanti anche per un praticante con media anzianità di palestra. L'angolo originale di lavoro del cavo alla carrucola alta è molto limitato, poco più di 15° rispetto alla normale al suolo. Si nota la mancanza di una barra per trazioni che consenta prese multiple, in particolare neutra stretta, semiprona, neutra larga...
Gabbia top, esteticamente spettacolare
