J'ai un syndrome de l'essui glace depuis plusieurs mois. J'ai acheté cette genouillère pour m'aider vu qu'il est mentionné dans le descriptif, qu'elle agit contre ce syndrome. Et bien absolument pas. Elle maintient certes la rotule, mais nullement le fascia lata (qui se trouve être le problème de l'essui glace)! Je voulais prendre au départ la genouillère Zamst RK1 qui elle aide bien pour ce syndrome, mais on m'avait dit que celle de Decathlon était pas mal donc vu qu'elle était moins chère, je l'ai prise... Déçue car j'attendais vraiment une aide. Bref, peut être qu'elle est bien pour la tendinite du tendon rotulien, mais absolument pas pour le syndrome de l'essui glace!
Lo único que no me gusta es que es demasiado grande, ósea que el material es muy gordo, queda demasiado trasto en la rodilla además el neopreno da mucho calor pero da buena sujeción .
Légère, pratique à positionner.
