What is a sprain?
A sprained wrist is when the ligaments become stretched or torn. It tends to happen when people lose their balance on slippery ground and land on their hands, or when they come into contact with another person during play, such as a defender.

Choosing your wrist support size
Measure your arm circumference, to 5 cm above the wrist.Then match the measurement taken with the following size chart: Size 1: 15.5 - 18.5 cm Size 2: 18.5 - 21.5cm
Why wear this wrist strap?
Wearing this wrist support may be recommended if you have suffered major ligament damage or you are unsure how your wrist will hold up when you get back into sport (basketball, football, handball, tennis, running, trail running, gymnastics, judo) after a wrist sprain. It can also be used if you are suffering from tendinitis. It helps to immobilise the joint.Its one-way buckles make it easy to put on, while its padded material and stiffeners are shaped to fit your wrist to make it more comfortable.

Great support and a great product, was able to play football with a grade 4 sprain. A bit tight so I probably should have ordered the bigger size
