compared to other indoor spinning bikes, i find the vs700's resistance / tension knob quite complicated. Instead of simply turning it clockwise or counterclockwise for adjustment, you have to press it down as you turn. Which is an additional step. And it's hard to do that because your hand hits the handle bar neck. The chain is also quite noisy:(
Rock solid bike, nicely painted and great to use. Saddle nice and comfortable without being too squishy or too firm. Chain is a little on the noisy side which is the main letdown and the front bars are only height adjustable with no front backwards movement. However it’s still a great bike considering it’s price point.
I bought this indoor bike for my dad who has Parkinson's disease. He has found it really beneficial, to keep active and exercise, as he used to be a keen cycleist
