You should choose the size of your shin guard based on your height:- 134 cm to 152 cm = size S/M- 153 cm to 188 cm = size L/XL

Once you put it on, it should be neither too loose or too tight. It should stay in place as you move about.Check that it is securely fastened before starting your training.

Do not store in a damp place. Leave in a dry, ventilated area to help it dry faster. Do not machine wash. Regularly wipe clean with a damp cloth. Leave to dry at room temperature. Avoid exposure to heat and extreme temperatures.
