How to choose the right size ball
It is important for gymnasts to choose a ball that is appropriate for their age group.- Gymnasts under age 11 should choose a 165 mm ball.- Gymnasts aged 11 and up should choose a 185 mm ball. We recommend using this size as soon as possible since it is the official competition size.We have a variety of sizes to help you find the right one.
How to maintain your ball
Because we know your equipment is precious to you, why not read our advice: Wash the ball with a bit of washing up liquid, water, and a soft sponge. Rinse well and rub gently.Dry with a microfibre cloth to avoid abrasion.

Je m'en suis servi pour mes séances de kiné, il est super léger et très maniable. Je continue à m'en servir. Je l'adore car super pratique, on peu le mettre dans son sac lorsqu'il est dégonflé, il tient très peu de place. Le mien est bleu.
