It can deteriorate due to impact, where it is stored, and its use. We recommend replacing your helmet at least every 5 years

John

Great helmet very comfortable and light weight

Falls apart from simple use

From just a month of normal use (cycling short distances 2-3 times a week with no accidents or knocks) the dial that adjusts the tightness has come off and gone missing. Now the helmet no longer sits comfortably as it cannot be tightened. Very cheaply made and a waste of money.

Bought for wife

Found it comfortable with no 'pressure points' pushing into her head. Light enough and comfortable
