How to choose your training gloves
You can get several types of training glove. You should choose based on the discipline you do.Fingerless gloves for doing floor work. They can be worn alone throughout your training session.These padded, curved gloves are designed for using with a punch bag.
Which size should you choose?
Gloves come in sizes S, M, L, XL.Here is the size grid:- Size S/M (glove size 6/7): <65 to 75 kg- Size L/XL (glove size 8/9): 75 to 85 kgAdjust the gloves to fit your hand and fix them in place with the velcro. They should be neither too tight nor too loose. They shouldn't slip off.

De bon qualité car c’est Everlast ! Très solide et ça amorti bien les impacts sur le sac. Prix correct. Bon système de fermeture pour les mains du taille différentes.
