Designed and developed entirely in France at the B'Twin Village (Lille). The team studied the features of the female form and used this to design and test the ST 520, aided by real mountain bikers at every stage of the process.Our aim is to make you want to jump onto your comfortable, easy-to-use mountain bike so that you enjoy every one of your rides.

We carried out studies to create a mountain bike specially designed for women. These included studies with the Decathlon Sports Lab, and real-world tests with hard-core women mountain bikers. 6 months later, this was the result: a bike with positioning elements designed for women!- An adjustable fork based on your weight.- A shorter, adjustable stem.- A shorter distance between the grips and brake levers.

It isn't always easy to get the right position on a mountain bike. Our designers created a frame that's easy to get onto.The CGF frame (Comfort Geometry Frame), made of 100% aluminium, provides excellent comfort and manoeuvrability.The incline on this women's model, paired with the 60 mm stem, keeps your back straighter, while the shorter chain stays give you good agility on corners.No more aching back or neck!

You can adjust how stiff the suspension is using the dial on the fork based on your weight (riders over 45 kg) so that roots and stones are easier to get past. This UFIT technology is patented and exclusive to Decathlon. Simply turn the dial!The 80 mm front suspension is designed for slightly uneven trails, helping you to get past your first obstacles with no problems. Its mechanical spring system guarantees reliability and easy maintenance.

The Hayes MX 160 mm double disc brakes provide powerful, progressive braking at the front and rear. The aluminum Tektro brake levers are light, precise, and easy to hold. The brakes can be applied using only two fingers.We recommend that you have your brakes checked at least once a year.The brake levers are closer on the ST 520 women's mountain bike for a more comfortable position!

Take on your first obstacles! The Aero Trail Evo aluminium wheels are efficient and robust: 27.5" with double-walled rims. Their diameter offers an excellent balance of performance and comfort. With their 28 spokes, they are lightweight, stiff, and durable.The exclusive 27.5" x 2.0 B'TWIN ALL TERRAIN DRY tyres are designed for dry terrain. Their side lugs provide good traction during turns. Recommendations for pressure based on the cyclist's weight are marked on the sidewalls.

The women's ST 520 comes with platform MTB pedals mounted on bearings, made from hard resin for light weight and safety.If your foot slides on the pedal, there's less risk of injury.

Not all rides start on your doorstep. This is why we've made it easy to remove and attach the front and rear wheels. They are equipped with a quick-release system making it quick and easy!A bike carrier will make your life easier if you want to avoid dirtying your car.

Your ST 520 women's mountain bike comes with a bell, lights, wheel reflectors, and pedals.The frame is compatible with:- front and rear mudguards,- stand,- bottle cage,- saddle bag,- rear pannier rack,- child seat (add an additional pannier rack for sizes S and M to avoid touching the rear wheel)etc.

If you are a beginner, we recommend wearing 3/4 tights or shorts with a foam pad. Alternatively, try a gel saddle pad to make sitting in the saddle comfierFor longer rides, it's always a good idea to take something to drink in a hydration backpack or a water bottle.Even for short mountain bike rides, a helmet, gloves and glasses are highly recommended!
